The talent over sea’s is quite extensive. I think too often, the international competitors are not credited for their supreme conditioning. At the 2009 World Women’s Championships for bodybuilding, there were two classes: up to 55kg (121.25 lbs) and over 55kg. The first place winner, in the up to 55kg, was Anne Freitas, from Brazil.
