Training Tips:
- Always listen to your body, not over training.
- Get plenty of sleep. (You will grow.)
- Try eating healthy all year round.
- Maintain your weight off- season 10-15 lbs. from contest weight.
- Don’t get a lot of advice from several people when it comes to contest diets and workout. I believe everyone’s body responds differently. Try experimenting with a diet off-season; don’t wait till contest time. Dieting is trial and error.
- Once a person gets to know his or her own body, everything else falls into place.
