In her seventeen years of bodybuilding, South African Zelda Haak has touched many facets of the sport, as her body has evolved. She has competed in numerous competitions nationally and internationally.
Zelda’s business forte lies in the metal industry, where she runs her own successful company, a heavily male dominated industry. She attributes her success in business, to the life principles she has learned from training.
Zelda’s greatest gift is the ability to connect with people from all walks of life. She brings a unique energy, to both her professional and social relationships. She believes the discipline she has honed whilst bodybuilding, brings a balance and structure her life.
Her short-term goal is to compete at the Arnold classic South Africa and her long-term goal is earn her Pro card and compete on the international stage, once again.
