Shemuscle model Mary Lado was born in New Orleans, Louisiana on September 16, 1978 and raised in Metairie, Louisiana. She played sports such as volleyball, basketball, track, soccer, and softball growing up. After recieving an athletic scholarship in softball she obtained a bachelors degree in sociology. An IFBB figure pro, she says her favorite exercise is lunges. Mary won the overall at the 2004 NPC National Figure Championships and in her rookie year as a pro won the overall in the 2005 IFBB Pittsburgh Pro Figure and the IFBB California Pro Figure. She went onto to win one of the most prestigious titles in figure -the Arnold Classic.
