Former Gold Coast Titans CEO David May and his body building partner Kortney Olson are packing up their Worongary home and moving overseas.
The couple has put the four-bedroom, two-bathroom acreage property on the market for offers over $649,000.
For that price you’ll also get a professional steam room in the ensuite and a pool if you prefer to cool off instead.
May purchased the home in 2013 and the pair went about updating the 1980s design.
“They’ve added lots of natural light and they’ve created a bit of an urban industrial feel by keeping the original brick work and nice clean lines,” selling agent Karl Grossman of PRDnationwide Mudgeeraba said.
Mr Grossman said the property would suit anyone who wishes to commute to work from the space and privacy that comes with living on acreage.
“The land is what I’d call ‘park-like grounds’ and it’s a typical property for the area on a quiet cul-de-sac,” he said.
American-born Olson became Australia’s first ever female arm wrestling champion in 2012 but Mr Grossman has been won over by more than her muscle.
“She’s got her heart in the right place,” he said.
“She’s a champion for women’s movement based on fitness and giving young girls the confidence to go into the world and achieve something.”
