That’s right “Sweatt” as in Laura Phelps-Sweatt. This 31 year old bodybuilder turned powerlifter is putting up some amazing lifts as witnessed at the recent SPF Women’s Pro Am on November 6th. Laura put up an amazing 1736 lb total in bench, squat and deadlift in the 181 lb open class.

Even as a bodybuilder, Laura was strong, putting up impressive weights in the gym. Those heavy lifts helped to build a base for what has become one of these strongest women on the planet.
