I grew up an ‘Air Force Brat’, so even before I started travelling for sessions, I had moved around quite a bit. I love to read….just about anything really….but especially detective novels, Stephan King, John Irving, or any newspaper I can find! I am currently preparing to return to school, to become a paramedic. I’ve always wanted to work at something where I can use my physicality to help others, so being a paramedic seems like the perfect choice!

I’ve been an athlete my whole life, so being a bodybuilder wasn’t a huge change in my life. I’ve always eaten healthy, and been involved in some sort of competitive athletics. I was a long distance runner, when I was younger, but discovered that I was more naturally gifted as a sprinter, so I finished my high school years as a sprinter. I was also a ballet dancer for fifteen years, and a competitive highland (Scottish) dancer. I played volleyball, field hockey, and soccar as well. I taught aerobics for 14 years, and although I enjoyed it, I decided that I would concentrate my energies on bodybuilding, so I quit teaching two years ago.

I was always naturally strong and muscular….though mostly in my legs when I was younger. It didn’t take me long to put on a good amount of muscle when I started weight training. In the first six months, I put on twenty pounds. I never took any type of martial arts, or wrestling lessons, but it didn’t take me long to catch on. I don’t claim to be a highly skilled wrestler, BUT I am fast and strong, and know enough good holds to make the match a challenge. I have a very powerful scissors, and have made many men tap out from my bodyscissors!

I did go to University…..I have a BSc in Kineseology. I was a pre-med student, but after enduring the four years of school for my BSc…..I just couldn’t imagine another seven years!!LOL Apparently, I suffer from “can’t-sit-still-itis”. Basically, I am not cut out for classroom life.
