Tawney started at 140 pounds and 35% bodyfat. After two years of hard work, she now weighs 125 pounds, with a miniscule 12% bodyfat. That’s a loss of 34 pounds of fat, and a gain of 19 pounds of pure, unadulterated female muscle. And oh, by the way, most of these changes were made in year one.

And they say you can’t lose fat and gain muscle at the same time?

Tawney’s living proof that bodybuilding works. Anything can be achieved through proper diet and hard work in the gym. Tawney’s well on her way to hitting a 200 pound bench press.
