Gina Aliotti: IFBB Fitness & Lifestyle Expert

Gina Aliotti is a renowned fitness and lifestyle expert whose life mission is to inspire and teach others about this healthy lifestyle. Gina received her Bachelors Degree in Foods and Nutrition from San Diego State University in 2007. Yet while most of her classmates were going to college parties, Gina was taking the fitness industry by storm. She earned her IFBB pro-card in 2005 and quickly became one of the world’s top figure competitors, winning many titles including the prestigious Arnold Schwarzenegger Classic. Gina is also a certified Personal Trainer, certified Crossfit Instructor, Specialist in Fitness Nutrition, yoga practitioner, and marathon runner.

However, despite her own tremendous success, Gina has found that her true passion is in helping others reach their fitness goals. She believes that her most important qualifications are her ability to listen to her members, to empathize with their unique challenges, and to offer structure as well as motivation in taking on those challenges. It is her proven ability to inspire and create permanent lifestyle change that has already helped thousands of people. Gina accomplishes this through an inside out approach that allows her members to dig deep within themselves and discover their true inner fire.
