To follow up on my post from Friday, “Sexiest Woman of All Time”, here’s one a little video clip that I found on Theresa Ivancik that I had to post to help solidify my point.
From Butler, PA, about 40 minutes north of Pittsburgh, personal trainer and figure competitor turned heavyweight bodybuilder, Theresa is a true rising star in the sport. She has those beautiful girl-next-door looks, but with a catch; ALL THAT MUSCLE!Theresa did well as a figure competitor. But it looks like her true calling was bodybuilding and she has set the stage on fire, with several top placings in regional shows and a top 5 at her first national show, the 2011 Jr. Nationals.
I was excited to come across this short little video of Theresa curling and had to share it with you. As you can see, not only is she strong, but she looks good being strong. After seeing this, how many of you are going to run out and hire Theresa as your personal trainer? Who wouldn’t? Her physique is obviously her calling card and she definitely has the knowledge and the ability to whip you into shape.
