A dumbbell professional bodybuilder threatened to kill his iron-pumping ex-girlfriend and her new flame in a no-holds-barred street takedown, Manhattan court papers show.
Shadie Assad was infuriated that fellow bodybuilder and former gal pal Jill Livoti had posted pics of herself with her musclebound new beau, Capriese Miller, online.
“Not once you posted pics of me and you,” Assad, 29, raged in a text message to Livoti, 43, in September, according to court papers.
“I swear don’t let me catch you in the street. I’ll bust your face wide open!”
“Dead you and Capriese is dead,” Assad seethed.
“Enjoy it while it lasts because I’m ending it one way or another.”
The court complaint adds that Assad “stated that she better leave New York because the defendant was going to come for her and said that if the cops are there, they’re going to need the SWAT team.”
Assad, who won first place in the Steve Stone Metropolitan Championships in 2013, runs Hard Body Fitness, a personal-training company.
He operates out of Synergy Fitness Clubs, his LinkedIn profile says. The bodybuilder describes his approach as “Heart, Body and Soul Training.”
As for Livoti, she took first place for Best Physique at the 2014 NPC Universe competition in New Jersey.
She can be seen flexing her muscles in a shimmering string bikini on stage in YouTube videos.
Livoti, who lives in the East Village, broke up with Assad and took out an order of protection against him in July 2013 in Manhattan Family Court.
In addition to threatening the new couple, Assad left Miller, also a trainer, a racist voice mail, court papers show.
He was busted Sept. 5 for the menacing messages and arraigned the next day on felony criminal-contempt and other charges.
His lawyer argued that Assad was the real victim.
“He denies being the source of these communications, your honor,” said lawyer John Youngblood, according to court papers.
“He has been subject to harassment on Facebook and other social media by the complaining witness in this case.”
The top charge against Assad was reduced to a misdemeanor.
He copped to criminal contempt on March 18 as part of a no-jail plea deal and agreed to complete the New Start stalker program.
A judge issued a full and final order of protection in favor of Livoti and Miller.
