FITNESS / FIGURE WORKSHOP
Ladies, please note: to all of you preparing for any upcoming NPC, INBF/WNBF figure and/or Ms. Fit Body competitions, please note the following changes to the June schedule. Discount Group Workshop has now been changed to Saturday, June 21, 2008. Below is the time, location and additional guest appearances and seminars that was just added to this Workshop!!! You will not want to miss out on this particular event when you read on!!! Also, as with all Workshops now and in the future, The Figure Workshop now covers Ms. Fit Body posing as well as Best Body posing for all upcoming Ms. Fit competitions and the upcoming September Best Body competition. All Workshops are structured during the two-hour class to cover all three types of posing for all of you to learn the different types of posing, t-walk and proper body positioning so you are prepared fully for the day of your show.
