All You Wanted to Know About Schmoes

If anyone isn’t familiar with the name Anthony Roberts, let me enlighten you. He is a controversial blogger who focuses on the steroid aspects of the bodybuilding industry. He is that type of guy – love or hate him – one has to admit he is very interesting.
He rarely steps out of his area of specialty on his blog, but occasionally does and wrote a piece All you ever wanted to know about Schmoes, brief excerpt below:
To be really honest, I would feel pretty confidant saying that schmoes are really only attracted to chemically enhanced female physiques (the types on display in the IFBB, for example). Generally, they’re seen as the absolute bottom feeders of the professional physique world, and although they often support the women they admire (financially), it’s creepy as hell.
Anthony, as always, doesn’t pull any punches….

Roberts is of course right about the prevalence of roids in the biz but clearly he didn’t do his Schmoe homework. There are just as many erotic sites dedicated to the worship of fitness/figure/natural women, if not more, than there are to the pure bodybuilders. If you look at the wb270.com site and other sites that set up schmoes with hard bodied girls to wrestle, there is a prevalence for girls next door who are buff. This is the look I go for personally. Nothing wrong with the other look, if you don’t mind the roids, but I think he is using his piece on this fetish to enhance his normal theme and it just isn’t true. – A happy Schmoe named Jim.
