It is buzzing around the fitness community that two top IFBB fitness pro’s will not be making Arnold appearances. Hardbody reported, on Tuesday, that Jen Hendershott (pictured above) will not be accepting her Arnold invite. I am not sure if this is the confirmation of her retirement or if she is just focusing on the Olympia, and it seems like she is not sure either. The competition will be missing something without her. Jen told press:
“I have a few nagging injuries I am dealing with from over the years and now I cant seem to pull it all together. I want to be 100%. I have many things in my life that are going on that are VERY personal to me and I appreciate everyone’s respect during this time as I work through it. This was a very difficult decision for me. You may see me on the stage again someday. I am always full of surprises! Best of luck to all of the competitors.”
Tracey Greenwood (pictured left) has withdrawn from the competition due to injury, however no one knows what happened. Her announcement came on the Arnold Sports website as well as announced on their Twitter account this morning. We all hope she is OK and recovers quickly!
