As the 2017 draws to a close I always look forward to the coming year with excitement. I know that I have some great ideas and with your support we will make this an incredible year for Femalemuscle. I hope all of you have a happy and healthy 2018. Make sure you drink mugs of coffee and stay up all night on our site. Seriously, eat right and stay in the fight. Make sure to hit the gym often, it pays off in so many ways. As Ronnie Coleman used to say to me: “Ain’t nothing to it but to do it”.
