While Crossfit may seem like an unlikely or unsafe class for a pregnant woman to continue in, Katja is actually not the only pregnant woman to prove naysayers wrong, as you may have found out by watching another crossfitter who continued her workouts up until the week before she gave birth.
With her fiancé by her side, Katja has a spotter and supporter who knows precisely what the mother of his future child is capable of.
