Sue Cornwell is known for having a shredded physique and top-notch posing! She is an amazing natural bodybuilder, holds a Technical degree from Seneca College and has been a Veterinarian Technician at the University of Guelph since 1994.
She holds this quote from a friend close to her heart: “Obstacles are those frightful things you see when you take your eyes off your goal.” Sue is also a huge Dr. Suess fan, and one of her all time favorite quotes is: “Today you are You, that is truer than true. There is no one alive who is Youer than You.”
“I’ve really tried to live by this Dr. Suess “code” by remaining true to myself in all areas of my life, sometimes it works better then others!! Smart guy that Dr. Suess 😉 lol,” Sue wrote in a recent email.

Sue also wrote: “I’ve decided to use 2010 as a building year. I have qualified for the Canadian Nationals for 2010, and 2011 with my 3rd place finish last year, (2009). After a lot of soul searching, and discussions with people in the bodybuilding industry whom I trust and respect, it was decided that it was time for me to take a year off from competitions and grow, so that I can make the changes that the judges would like to see. I have been competing steadily since 2005, and as a natural competitor, I lose most, if not all of the gains I make when I diet down. Competing at the National level, I’m coming up against the cream of the crop. As such, I need to start making changes impressive enough for the judges if I want to improve my placing. In the 2008 Nationals I was 5th, last year I was 3rd, and in 2011 I would like to win!!! :)”
