Ocean Bloom brings a refreshingly sensible, holistic and personalized approach to total health and fitness. She loves teaching and inspiring others to enjoy a healthy, fun, energetic, balanced lifestyle.

Ocean works in Vancouver, BC as a personal trainer, choreographer, yoga instructor and actress. Her areas of specialization include power yoga, Thai yoga massage, weight loss, nutritional counseling, core conditioning, postural alignment, and bodybuilding/ fitness training.

Ocean Bloom is known worldwide for being an exceptionally versatile athlete, earning Professional titles in four different competitive categories: Fitness, Figure, Fitness Model and Muscle Model.

As Ocean pushes herself to excel as an athlete, she also motivates her clients and friends to do the same. She does one-on-one coaching, as well as full day workshops for participants of all ages, who are interested in competing, or who simply want to learn more about overall health and wellbeing. Ocean choreographs routines for bodybuilders, figure and fitness competitors, and also teaches walking and posing for models.

By imparting a philosophy of the integration of fitness, nutrition, meditation and behavioral changes, Ocean empowers each client to define and reach his or her personal goals, both physical and psychological.

Ocean’s passion, devotion and inspiration come from 25 years of experience in theater, film, dance, yoga, gymnastics, martial arts, and over 12 years as a fitness competitor and model.

Ocean’s has been featured in and appeared on the covers of numerous fitness and lifestyle magazines including: Impact, Oxygen, Status Fitness, Body Talk, Flex, American Curves, Ironman, Musclemag, FAME Fitness and Lifestyle, and Natural Bodybuilding Magazine.

Ocean’s has appeared in many movies and television shows. She also created her own Body Sculpting DVD.

Her continuous studies include meditation and philosophy, yoga, nutrition, human kinetics, kinesiology, and acting for film and television.
