Drorit, at 53 years old, is looking hot as ever, feeling great and loving life! A fan favorite, Drorit earned her Pro-card in 1992 and has been rocking IFBB stage ever since. She is a chiropractor (with certification as a chiropractic sports physician – CCSP), an NPC/IFBB judge and active IFBB Pro competitor.
Drorit recently relocated to Las Vegas, where she is in the process of starting her new busines; BtchinBodz by Drorit DeAngelo. Her business will concentrate on guiding bodybuilding/fitness/figure/physique/bikini athletes with diet/nutrition, training, contest preparation and posing either in person or via electronic communications. She will soon be launching a FB and Webpage to promote her business so please stay tuned for that!
Drorit always keeps herself in top shape and is currently training 6 to 7 days a week. She does a standard split routine with extremely strict repetitions and heavy weight. She is the main attraction at the gym at all times, but especially when she is doing weighted dips with more weight than most of the heavy lifting men. She intends to compete at least one more time, but has not yet set her sights on a specific competition.
Drorit’s diet consists of lots of quality protein (egg whites are her favorite), quality complex carbohydrates (lots of organic oatmeal) and lots of green leafy vegetables.
Most importantly Drorit is one smokin’ hot super mommy of four beautiful 8 year old girls who are the center of her life.
