Sharon Madderson (left if picure above) didn’t start training until she was 30-years-old, but once she did there was no looking back. In her first show, she entered figure and won. As a figure competitor she entered five shows in two year, all top five finishes. She made the switch to physique, which in Europe is comparable to bodybuilding. and entered her first show in 2003 and has been a physique competitor ever since.
