The West Coast Classic took place last weekend and once again delivered. You may be thinking that you have never heard of the West Coast Classic before, and that is because it was formally the Junior California Bodybuilding & Figure Championships. While there were only three women bodybuilders, the winner, Brenda Betia, is a top competitor.
