“Hello, my name is Christy Resendes. I was born in New Bedford MA, and still reside in MA. I am a National Level Bodybuilder in the NPC bodybuilding organization. I am also a certified regional judge for the NPC organization as well as working towards an IFBB professional card.
I am currently working as an independent model and work as a personal trainer as well. I took some time off from school, but will soon be working towards getting my bachelors degree in physical education at Bridgewater State College.
Prior to bodybuilding I briefly participated in runway modeling, ballet, softball, and Tae Kwon Do. My parents had started me into weight training when I was 15 years old. My mother had competed in a bodybuilding show the year prior and I was amazed with the transformation of her physique.
I competed in my first show within 3 months of beginning training. On October 16, 1993, I competed in the Whaling City Bodybuilding Championships at age 15 and I won first place, best poser, and overall. Then my teacher Dr. Ellen Robinson of Bridgewater State College gave me the extra push I needed to compete again. Since then I’ve competed numerous times and have even expanded into strong women competitions.
In my down time I enjoy writing, drawing, and spending time with family and friends. I collect fairies and Garbage Pale Kids cards. I love to dance and sing. I also like to arm-wrestle. I’ve been arm-wrestling since I was in elementary school. I enjoy trying new things and traveling as well.”

“A little about me:
I come from a city close to Krasnoyarsk in Siberia-Russia.
Since my childhood I have always been doing Sports. At the age of seven I started with artistic gymnastics, but stopped after only 2 years. After that my mother coached me in swimming and cross-country skiing. Later at the age of 17 I started karate.
At 19 years I went to a bodybuilding studio for the first time, this was in 1995. Four years later I competed in a bodybuilding championship for the first time. In order to improve the performance on stage I joined classes in choreography, modern and belly dancing. This helped me very much to enhance my posing routines on stage.
I dreamed all life about being an actress and performing on stage.
Beside sports I have many other interests:
I like creativity, write poems and paint. I am also a make-up artist and costume designer. I love to create my own suits as well as for friends and other competitors.”

IFBB Bodybuilder Nicole Ball
I am no longer a small town girl of a population of 500 people. I have recently made the move to the city!!! Well a city to me. I went from 500 to 12,0000. See what did I tell ya. Kinda scary at first but hey I am tuff. Adjusting to working out in public is kina weird. Until now I did all my training in the garage. But all that equipment got sold in the move and well here I am a city chick working out in a public gym talk about adjustments. As for my restaurant it is up for sale and I am working for a oilfield company.
Still all the family history is the same. I am the youngest girl of five children. I have a older sister and three brothers. So yes you guessed it life growing up was rough. It was like having four fathers following me around everywhere!!. Hey besides not allowing me to go to the parties or to my own grad without them there to chaperone and a 11:00 curfew at 18 years old what fun would life have been. (I just keep telling myself that!) In the long run I knew they did it because they loved me so all is good. I have seven dogs. One English Setter and six English Pointers. They are a whole lot of fun. Each year we head down to southern United States and trial with them on wild birds. Generally quail. It is amazing to watch them at work! Just lost the only girl we had a couple months ago…my rottweiler. Broke my heart – she was eleven and well, I just say that Heaven has a new Angel.

My huge muscles were covered with sweat and I wanted to take a shower. I stood up, grabbed a towel, and used it to cover my naked pecs. My abs were rippling with 6 solid boxes of hard fight muscles. I walked down to the shower room and turned on the water. It felt so good running all over my hot, sweaty muscular body. I flexed my big biceps and watched them bulge. Then I looked down at the rest of my massive, muscular body and admired myself. My pecs and quads and calves were bulging and beautiful. My muscles were so pumped, that I know they looked incredible. I did a double bicep shot and a few other sexy poses, so I could watch my bulging muscles ripple. I had no idea that I was being watched, until I heard heavy breathing coming from the doorway to the shower room.
