When a 90-year-old woman is putting in more time at the gym than you are, it would make anyone scratch their head. Anna Sudman does just that. She goes to her gym, where she's been a member for 30-years, and does a three-mile run on the treadmill, a muscle-conditioning class and a set of 200 sit-ups on any given day among other things. When asked why, she simply stated, “It makes me feel good. What am I going to do in the house?"
