When a 90-year-old woman is putting in more time at the gym than you are, it would make anyone scratch their head. Anna Sudman does just that. She goes to her gym, where she’s been a member for 30-years, and does a three-mile run on the treadmill, a muscle-conditioning class and a set of 200 sit-ups on any given day among other things. When asked why, she simply stated, “It makes me feel good. What am I going to do in the house?”
Anna spends about two-hours, five days each week, in the gym. She is an inspiration to members young and old. She told reporters two of her favorite classes are cardio kick-boxing and spinning! WOW! I have a hard time getting through them at a third of her age. All of a sudden I think I need to hit the gym!
