Female training myths carry no weight

…The biggest myth for women who want to lift weights is that weight training will make them get big. Wrong. Women’s bodies don’t produce the testosterone necessary to grow huge muscles. If a woman is lifting weights and watching her diet, she will gain muscle and lose body fat, which will give her a sleeker appearance. But unless a woman is genetically wired for it, she can’t get big.
