Bodybuilding is a highly competitive sport that has become increasingly popular among female athletes in recent decades. Being a bodybuilder himself, Dr. Buford is especially attuned to the needs of female competitors.
Why do women bodybuilders want plastic surgery? Female bodybuilders often seek breast augmentation to enhance their appearance, particularly during competition. As women build muscle and reduce body fat, their breasts often reduce in size as well. Judges currently favor a more feminine physique, prompting women in the bodybuilding community to seek out breast augmentation.

As an avid fitness enthusiast, Dr. Buford has previously competed in the Max Muscle Mile High Competition where he took 1st place in Men’s Masters for his age group. This firsthand experience with the bodybuilding community gives him a unique perspective that has helped many female bodybuilders.
