Patricia Llena, 16-years-old, in the 2010 Asian Powerlifting Championships broke three Asian sub-junior marks. She set new bars with a new records: 1,014 lb total lift, 418 in the squat and a 396 in the deadlift of the women’s sub-junior 67.5 kg class. She also won another gold medal in the bench press with a lift of 198lbs. She was awarded the Women’s Sub-Junior Best Lifter crown.
At the other end of the competition, int he women’s masters 52 kg class, Anita Koykka, 47-years-old, broke the world and Asian masters records in the squat event with a lift of 353 pounds.
