If you’ve been a fan of female muscle as long as I have, you’ll remember this beautiful competitor from the 80’s and early 90’s, Penny Price. A graceful and elegant poser, Penny was always a fan favorite and audiences were anxious for her to take the stage and show her routine. Popular with the magazines of the day, Penny was one of the more widely covered competitors of the time. The 5’4 middleweight, had a physique resembling that of our current day physique division competitors, but her stage presence made her seem larger than life.

At 52, married with 4 children, Penny has put her competitive days long behind her. A graduate of both Missouri State and Duke, Penny is a very successful Integrative Health Coach, with both an internet presence and in person training and consulting. Her services include Health Coach, Personal Trainer, Nutritionist, and Retreats and Seminars. Penny also promotes healthy food choices in schools and educating children to make good food choices.
