London: A recent study has found that almost two-thirds of Great Britain’s population finds it hard to fall asleep. Health experts explain that the issue has grown to such large proportions that it now warrants attention from the UK public.

Researchers found that 6 out of 10 adults that participated in a survey find it hard to sleep at night and that it is rare for them to sleep up to or more than seven hours. Meanwhile, a third of the survey population identified themselves as suffering from insomnia, adding that most of them have been having trouble sleeping at night for years.”

Personally, I find that who is in your bed is as important as when you get to bed. Here I am (Lori left with hat) smiling and ready for a great night of sleep.
