Nebraska’s women’s basketball team is thus far undefeated and a big part of that record is because of the heart and skills of Dominique Kelley. Dominique was the hardest recruited player on the team. The 5-foot 7-inch junior guard is averaging over 12 points and four rebounds per game.
“I think that’s what I bring to the game: energy, passion and emotion,” she said.
Dominique has played 87 games at Nebraska and started in all of them. She set a record her freshman year by starting in all 33 games that season. She has a bright future ahead of her and may be able to ease on into the WNBA if she so chooses, even at 5’7″. While that is not certain, we certainly love her shape and athleticism!
