Monique Coolidge, a 2010 Tehachapi High School graduate, won the figure novice division at the pro/am natural bodybuilding World Cup in San Diego on Nov. 7.
Coolidge, currently working toward her registered nurse degree at Bakersfield College, finished second in the figure open.
Coolidge currently is a certified nurse’s aide working in the Tehachapi Hospital emergency room and is certified as a fitness trainer.
Coolidge also has competed in other International Natural Bodybuilding Association events.
