GIANT female powerlifter with a terrifying physique has announced her return to the sport after an 18-month absence — and she’s bigger than ever.
Mighty Russian Natalia Kuznetsova retired after bagging a number of top titles including that of European champion for the bench press and deadlift.
She also set the world record for bench press (170kg) and deadlift (240kg) and possesses a body which would send many gym goers running back to the showers.
Now the 26-year-old has decided she cannot possibly stay away from the sport and is back in the arena, returning to Russian capital Moscow to compete more muscly than ever.
The athlete says that as well as powerlifting, she will also be working as a coach to help others reach their potential.
“People definitely recognise me,” she told Caters News Agency. “An athletic body can be seen under clothes. Many people recognise me and ask to take a photograph with them. Many people even know my name.”
The impressive athlete revealed how she got into bodybuilding at the tender age of 14, when she weighed less than 40kg.
She says she now weighs in at 90kg and is looking forward to getting back to lifting heavy weights in the gym.
Natalia currently trains for several hours every day and sticks to a regimented diet, adding protein powder to her food rather than spices or sauces.
She documents her astonishing progress on her Instagram account where her impressive selfies have earned her more than 194,000 followers.
The sportswoman admits that she has faced some criticism and hateful comments on her photos but says she now ignores them.
