And 24-year-old My Kitchen Rules star Lynzey Murphy couldn’t resist flexing her biceps for the camera at the grand finale viewing party for the show on Monday night in Sydney.
The high-rating Seven program was, of course, won by Essex lads Steve Flood and Will Stewart, but that didn’t stop Lynzey, who starred on the show along with her dad, Texan cowboy Robert Murphy, from lapping up some of the attention.
Coiffing her hair into a tight up-do, the brunette let her natural beauty shine through, applying minimal makeup to her flawless complexion.
Having a ball at the bash, Lynzey giggled as she celebrated the end of the show with her father Robert, who donned a blue check shirt and showed off his new and longer mustache.
But no one looked quite as excited as winner Will, who snatched Robert’s hat off his head and attempted his best triumphant Superman impression.
With his mouth agape, Will looked as though he was having the time of his life at the bash.
The winning pair told Daily Mail Australia on Tuesday after the big win that they were feeling a ‘little dusty’.
Meanwhile, Lynzey, who was one of four women linked to womanising Steve from the Channel 7 cooking show, isn’t shy when it comes to showing off her enviable physique and is often spotted on Bondi Beach showing off her abs in a crop-top.
Speaking to Daily Mail Australia earlier in the month, the brunette beauty gave a few tips on how to maintain such a statuesque physique:
‘I think it’s just about staying active. It’s still important to reward yourself, so having little treats here and there isn’t going to kill you… if I eat a bad meal I’ll go and do 10 pull ups or something.’
Lyzney came to fame after competing on My Kitchen Rules alongside her affable father Robert, who moved to Australia from Texas over 20 years ago.
The duo were eliminated after losing out to Queensland besties Rob McKean and Dave Evans during one of the show’s sudden-death cook-offs.
Unsurprisingly, while not cooking up delicious meals in the kitchen, Lynzey is a personal trainer.
