Star Boxing has announced that December 3rds fight card will feature a fan favorite and house-hold name, well nick name. Maureen Shea, 28 years old (13-2, 7KO), the real million dollar baby, will step into the ring. Maureen was the lead sparring partner and mentor for Hillary Swank as the blockbuster movie, The Million Dollar Baby, was produced.
In two weeks, it won’t be acting any more, Maureen will go against Jenna “Cowgirl” Shiver, (9-4-1, 2KO), to determine the Interim WBA Female Super Bantamweight Championship of the World. The fight will take place in New York at the Manhattan Center. Tickets are still available through Ticketmaster.
