Mia Finnegan Fitness Pioneer

During the coverage of Mia Finnegan’s return to the IFBB stage, FemaleMuscle thought it would be nice to share some more on the pioneer of the fitness division in the IFBB. She was the first woman to win the Fitness Olympia, the climax to a successful six-year career. Fitness was an easy fit for Mia, she was a competitive gymnast through her college career, and the industry was in her blood. Her family has been active in the fitness industry for years before it was even popular.
