Amy is 30 somehting and lives in the Midwest of the United States. She had four children. She has among her credits a first overall in the Gold’s Classic in Kansas City. She had never touched a weight until her late twenties and was a size 14 before having any children. Now after 4 kids she is a size 2 and a serious competitor. Amy has gotten inspiration from our site and the stories of some of the homegrown women and would like to share her success with others in hopes she can make a difference to someone.
P.S. we googled Amy and found her times for a recent 15K race, nice going!
