Denise Rutkowski was a very successful bodybuilder in the early 1990’s. She beat top competitors such as Laura Crevalle, Debbie Muggli, Kim Chizevsky, Sandy Riddell, Shelley Beattie, Sharon Marvel, Audrey Harris and Sharon Bruneau. She was the top pick for the 1994 Olympia but shocked the sport when she retired before the competition. Denise was rumored to have developed a religious practice that conflicted with the sport. A few years back she was said to have resurfaced for a short stint as a personal trainer, but has since disappeared.
