Christina Prinn Wrestler And Strongwoman Biography

Christina Prinn, 45-years-old, started training when she was only 9-years-old with her brother. She began training seriously when she was 17-years-old and saw immediate, substantial results. Her 5’7″ frame ranges from 185-220 lbs. She began wrestling at 19-years-old and has been successful in a variety of areas within the sport and as a strong-woman.

    Yeah, There it is: “lat pulldown 300 lbs x 3” = “very” impressive! What time of day is best for you for to accomplish this? After a cardio of getting your heartbeat up there? To the legs right afterward and back for more? or less? Like maybe one of these days to do 4 in a row, or say 3.5 inching up to a super 4?     The hard work and dedication in the gym is all there to see. On the other hand, for the majority of men, we prefer ‘fit’ women to ‘strong’ women. Definition is ‘fit’ while size is ‘strong’. How strong were the winners at 2012 Arnold for bodybuilding, and other categories? Noone knew or cared…
