People who have a desire to exercise and who are confident that they can are more likely to engage in physical fitness activities than those who lack motivation or have poor self-perception, a new Canadian study shows. [source]

This study seems pretty obvious. It makes me wonder what they are doing with their time up there in Canada. This is like saying, “Our study shows that people with a desire to eat a sandwich and are confident that they can eat sandwiches are more likely to eat sandwiches than those who lack the sandwich-eating motivation.”
As an aside, did you know that Canada is the United States’ largest trading partner? I’m assuming it’s all their cheap prescription drugs and maple syrup. They are followed by China and Mexico. Those ranks are likely to move around a bit in the next few years.
