Earnestly living a HEALTHY AND FIT LIFESTYLE…I don’t always measure my health goals by a number on the scale or the size I wear but by my state of mind and once I am physically, mentally ready, energetic and my endurance is up to par and I am healthy….I’M HAPPY: )


Some people seem to have a misconception that being healthy is being thin. This however, is a completely wrong view about health. As long as u have physical & mental strength & endurance, u will be considered healthy. Good health defines a complete state of well-being, both physical & mental. Mental well-being is usually what most people ignore, thinking that it has nothing to do with the concept of health. A positive mind can impact ur whole lifestyle. Yes, the definition of being healthy is that simple. Feel good spiritually, mentally, and physically.

-If your mind is ready…your body can be ready. Your mindset is the tool to most things. If your body is scared and poses withdrawal then your desire to care for health should intensify. If not then maybe it’s the mind that’s not ready. Only you can determine that.

GOOD EATING HABITS will take a serious stepping stone but it is THE KEY INGREDIENT to a FIT and HEALTHY BODY.
-When you’re looking to lose weight or get into shape, the ‘sprint’ approach isn’t going to be a long term fix. You need to permanently change your eating habits in order to ensure that your weight stays at a good peak. Needless to say, cardio/ excersise is pertinent and necessary. The expectation of a revamp overnight is unrealistic but one has to put the effort in.

-A HELPING HAND: I love to motivate and help others reach their health and fitness gaols. Ok…if you haven’t started already…it’s time to power up your health. Get a head start for the new year. The older you get..the more difficult it gets to stay in shape & healthy. Set attainable small goals to keep you focused and to give you a sense of progress.

-You have to treat it just like you treat your school work and work. Tell yourself… It’s a priority, it’s important. It’s a given..that it’s tough but the end results will be rewarding for yourself. If you don’t take care of you, then in the long run, you won’t be able to take care of anything in your life. Might I add that being able to remain healthy is God’s gift to us.

-Self-Preservation..is exactly what it is…You can do it. You need to know how to get motivated and how to prepare yourself for the healthy and fit journey. LIFE IS GOOD!!!!
