Motown Muscle Bodybuilding and Figure Championships, sanctioned by Midwest Bodybuilding Federation (MWBF), held thier annual show October 17, 2009 in Michigan.? Bodybuilding and? figure shows are broken into numerous catagories based on? experience (novice vs. open), age (masters, jr. masters, teen) and an open class where anyone? can enter.
What has brought a lot of interest in the results of this show is the winner of the masters, novice and open classes were all? ? titles given to? the same women: Linda Woodyard. Did I mention she is 60 years-old?
Winning the masters class for a women who is 60 is impressive enough, but winning the open class with women from 20’s up is exceptional, not to mention this was her first show (you can only enter novice catagory at your first show). Linda is an amazing women, and we look forward to see what she will do next!
