While Felicia Romero was busy snagging another first place finish at the IFBB Border States Figure Competition, the NPC was dealing up some great athletes in the amateur portion of the show. The women’s open bodybuilding division had six competitors and one winner, 5’3″, 135 lb, Lizette Pegueros.
Open Figure had 44 competitors and awarded the overall title to Deena Walsh.
There were 25 competitors in Bikini Open with Natalya Frolova as the overall winner.
