My name is Gina Jones. I live in Las Vegas, Nevada I have been bodybuilding for 26 years. I started training in 1980 and did my first show in 1984. I have competed in over 25 contests, winning both state and national titles. I am 5’4 and I weight 150 pounds and compete at 140 pounds. My measurements at 40D-25-35 with 15″ arms and 24″ quads. My max lifts are 225 Bench, 315 Dead lift and a 405 Squat.
Bodybuilding and weight training has not just given me external strength, but has also shaped my mind and spirit, giving me a combination of internal and external strength.
