For 15-year-old Amy Radford there are more important things than boys and first kisses. She is in hot pursuit of an Olympic dream. The next summer Olympics are still years away, but this fencing prodigy is already planning.
She is currently the, under 17, British No 1 and double UKSG Gold Medalist. She has been doing an amazing job slicing away a t the competition and racking up medals. The next couple years will be very important for her to continue up the ranks. There are only four spots open for the 2012 Olympic team. Amy is currently ranked ninth in the British Senior Women’s Epee top ten rankings. A few more years and medals is just what Amy needs to achieve her dream.
