February 7th at the World Memorial Hall, in Japan, Tsunami Tenkai defended her WBA super-flyweight title in a fight against Shanee Martin of United Kingdom. Tsunami won in a 10-round unanimous decision. Judges scored the bout: 100-90, 100-90, 99-91. In a post-fight interview, Tsunami said next she would like to fight Susi Kentikian.
