Terri had always been athletic and conscious of her weight as a teenager and was involved in basketball and track during high school. She started doing leg extensions while playing basketball but hadn’t had too much more experience with lifting until her twin brother began to lift. She says that she was a tomboy and did whatever her brother was doing. They both trained very hard and she began to notice that she loved the way she looked and felt. “I love the feel of the weights in my hand and mastering the movement of the weight along with the power and explosiveness of the movement. ” All her incredible dedication has created the beauty we see before us.
