Kim won the 2005 North American Championships to earn her IFBB pro card. She says she trains 6 days a week for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, and offseason does cardio 3 days a week for 45 min.
Kim actually started out as a powerlifter, winning the World Championships of the American Amateur Powerlifting Federation prior to becoming a powerlifer.
