Lilli Ewing captured the overall female bodybuilding title of the NPC Washington Ironman on October 4th.
The mother of 3, one being a college student had taken a long hiatus from competing, after being a steady on the NPC circuit in the early 1990’s and made her return to the stage in 2008.
