Krissy Chin has decided to take 2010 off until the Olympia in September. Krissy had a great 2009, qualifying for the 2009 and 2010 Olympia, competing in six shows and making her first Arnold Classic appearance. In her Gaspari Nutrition blog she shared her plans for the year:

I am now ready to start a bit of an off-season after consulting with Coach Kim Oddo.  Last season was a long but successful haul.  During the 2009 season, I competed a total of 6 times and qualified for my first Olympia and I also qualified for the 2010 Olympia-Wohoo!!! Basically, I was prepping from Feb. through Oct.! The year ended with a bang when I received an invite to the Arnold! My first Arnold-how exciting and what an honor! Therefore, prep started back up in Dec. up into show time, which was March.  Fast forward to April-off-season time:) Time to make some needed improvements and gains before I hit the Olympia stage once again in Sept!  Right now I am fasting/detoxing and on Day 5-I am feeling great, renewed and energized! Love it!!!!
