Ronnie Coleman, 8 time Mr. Olympia, has been a favorite photo subject of ours through the years. Here are just a few of my favorite images.

Black and White candid photographs by Brian Moss.

Some people question whether Ronnie Coleman still deserves the Mr. Olympia crown over Jay Cutler or other leading male bodybuilders. Tell us what you think. I think Ronnie is still the best and no bodybuilder comes close.

Great gallery of Ronnie Coleman. I do not think Jay Cutler has a chance of winning the Olympia as long as he competes against Ronnie. Maybe when he retires, Jay will have a chance. Nothing against Jay. He seems like a good guy.

Do you have anymore photos of Ronnie Coleman in his police uniform? Those are great photos of him and not many around. I have seen him around town and he is one big dude. Thanks!

    Hi,
I saw Ronnie Coleman win the first time at the Night Of Champions. I knew he would win the Olympia when he walked on stage that day. He really deserves to be 8X Mr. Olympia. Who could touch him? I think he is a great person to represent the sport.

Jay can win it when he decides to get out of Ronnie’s shadow. He is still young and driven. But I thought this year that they were going for more sysmetry and not just being a huge freak, thats why they were making a big deal out of Chris Cormier.

The face on jay cutlers face when he is announced 2nd place? Priceless! The image of the greatest champ ever on his knees after his eight Olympia win, even more priceless. Jay is placed nr.2 in mr.olympia, winning alot of money and still proving that he is right behing bigron, but still it looks like he’s just been told he has AIDS 😀 I’m laughing everytime of that pic.

There is no way Jay should have won. He should not have even came in second. Ronnie simply came with a better package.

Greetings from Canada. Is Ronnie really that good, or is it just really hard to displace a guy who’s won five times in a row or more? Case in point: Dorian, Lee, Arnold…

Jay culter should have won it. He has a well balanced body than coleman. If anyone disagree, take a look at the pictures of both fro differnet angles and compare. No way that coleman can win the next title. It will definitely be cutler.

All ronnie’s friends and supporters boast him up here. But bet: Ronnie will be just a casual figure in the next olympia. Cutler will be the nr. 1

The callout for triceps between Coleman and Badell made me realize that Ron had come in too light! His triceps, and therefore, his arms, were not as full and large as they’ve been in just about every previous shot I’ve seen from the last 6 years. This is body -building-, Ron, please get back to full-size. My personal preference this year was the perfectly squared-off Gustavo, with his classically straight pec-line, and full, round tri’s. Cutler can never win against Ron , as his leg-length/torso-length proportion is not as good as Coleman’s, and can’t be changed by training: The unspoken underlying reality of so-called,”balance”.

I think a short video of Ronnie wrestling a couple (or several?) big female bodybuilders would be very sexy. Of course, you’d need to get enough of them together to take him down. But seeing this ultimate hulk taken down by women would be dazzlingly iconic.

I love the idea. Wish I could make it happen. Do not think so though. Oh well.

    To Jay and His Disciples

You may be Good Jay. But we all do respect, you ain’t got anything on my Godfather. You (Jay) and your fans should even be happy on the placings you have been relegated in the past years. He is simply the greatest. This has nothing to do entirely on genetics. He simply is the greatest (Coming from Relatively Obscurity; after years of blood and guts tormenting the GOD OF IRON at his crib; the Gym) with a passion that no one else but Ronnie knows on becoming the best. Hail to the King, Ronnie Coleman is simply unbelievable.
I mean if there is any justice in the world, with no bizarre change to the Olympia guidelines; like there has been pertaining to the challenge round and belly ban stuff/aesthetic stuff going on in all muscle magazines in the past year or so. Or even, with no new line up in the next two Mr. Olympia’s (Meaning; is there any one close to his calibre, which I don’t see happening anytime soon; Only perhaps in the nearest distance future, no one else out there even comes close).
I mean he is on top of the bodybuilding world; Physique wise. He has great symmetry, good proportion, well balanced and not to forget has an excellent condition for a guy of his size, and on top of it all; he has mass that is well rounded with muscles.
He has no problem whatsoever in winning the next two Sandow’s. Only then would that look good @ his crib in Texas with ten sandow’s lined up. Then I do think it would be good for him to hang up his posing trunks, so guys like Martinez, Warren and say jay would then fight to bring home their next sandow, only after the king has relinquished his throne. Some of you folks might say he is old. But pls. he is getting better with Age I Mean, he simply is unbelievable. Yeah Buddy!!!

Ronnie deserves the title of Mr. O without a doubt. When people said he was too old when he started his Olympia run, he proved people wrong. When they said he was too old to tie Arnold’s record, he proved them wrong. When they said he couldn’t win his eight because he was too old, he proved them wrong! He busts his chops to get to the top of his game, he is not looking to give up is spot anytime soon.
